Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will take part in the assembly of G20 overseas ministers in New Delhi on March 1-2, his deputy stated on Monday.

India formally assumed the G20 presidency on December 1.

“Our foreign minister will take part in the meeting of G20 foreign ministers in New Delhi on March 1-2,” Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko informed reporters.

As a part of the group’s actions, India intends to maintain greater than 200 conferences in 55 totally different places throughout the nation to showcase its cultural heritage, culminating in the annual G20 summit scheduled for September 9-10 in the capital, New Delhi.
