“Let me underline that we view Austria as a severe and consequential associate on the subject of bilateral cooperation. You have experiences and capabilities which can be related to India’s modernisation and progress,” he said.

The two countries have currently trade turnover of approximately USD 2.5 billion. More than 150 Australian companies are present in India. “We would like those numbers also to grow,” the minister mentioned.

“There are many Austrian corporations who can extra actively contribute to our nationwide priorities. Similarly, our enterprises can also generate worth and employment when positioned in Austria. Our duty as ministers is to guarantee that such partnerships occur,” he mentioned.
