4,000 consolidation-related cases resolved in one month through Gram Adalats

As per the instructions of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to expedite the decision of consolidation-related cases, the Consolidation Department has initiated Gram Adalats in a number of cities all through the State to deal with the pending cases.

Through these Gram Adalats, a complete of 6,485 cases have been recognized, and three,850 of them have been resolved in 118 villages of 51 districts since September.

In the Gram Adalat, key officers such because the Consolidation Officer, Assistant Consolidation Officer, Deputy Director Consolidation, and Bandobast Adhikari Chakbandi, amongst others, are current. He additional added that this marketing campaign commenced on September 6 and has been ongoing.

Additional Consolidation Commissioner Anurag Patel mentioned that the very best variety of cases–409–have been recognized in Ballia throughout the Gram Adalat. These cases are associated to the three villages of Ballia–Farsatar, Chandadih, and Piprauli. In the Gram Adalat, 126 cases have been disposed of in a day, whereas 283 cases are but to be disposed of.

Similarly, in 4 villages of Ayodhya, specifically Malethubujurg, Laxmanpurgant, Kotiya, and Sadri, a complete of 407 cases have been recognized. The remaining 172 cases are but to be resolved. 374 cases have been recognized in 5 villages of Banda, Arsauda, Sylheta, Khaptihakhurd Bangar, Bhadawal, and Madaulikala Bagar, out of which 263 cases have been resolved and 111 cases are but to be resolved.

The Gram Adalats positioned a particular give attention to cases pending for over a decade, ensuing in important progress.
