Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, who can be the president of the ruling BJD, on Monday nominated former occasion MLA Debasish Samantray and BJD chief Subhasish Khuntia from Puri as the occasion’s candidates for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections.
