The Ministry of Home Affairs introduced via a notification that Dar, who hails from Jammu and Kashmir, is concerned in instigating or frightening the youth of Kashmir Valley for terrorist actions through the use of social media platforms.
He is the fourth particular person to be designated as a person terrorist by the MHA in as many days.
Dar is related to the banned terror group Hizb-Ul-Mujahideen and is without doubt one of the main radical voices on social media and is concerned in nefariously influencing Kashmiri youth to take up arms in opposition to safety forces.
He is an accused in a case investigated by the National Investigation Agency regarding a conspiracy hatched by the cadres of a terrorist organisation to undertake violent acts in Jammu and Kashmir and main cities in India together with New Delhi on the route of handlers primarily based throughout the border.
The central authorities believes that Dar is concerned in terrorism and therefore he has been designated as a person terrorist, the notification stated.
