Police on Monday registered a case in opposition to a 32yearold girl on prices of sexually assaulting a 16yearold boy from Maharashtra’s Thane district, an official stated.
Police on Monday registered a case in opposition to a 32-year-old girl on prices of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy from Maharashtra’s Thane district, an official stated.
The boy’s mom in her police grievance stated the accused girl, who has three youngsters, was the neighbour of her relative in Nashik.
The accused used to often go to Mumbai and befriended the boy. She allegedly made him eat liquor and had sexual relations with him, the official from Kolsewadi police station at Kalyan in Thane stated quoting the grievance.
The boy used to skip college and go to Nashik to fulfill the lady, who additionally allegedly confirmed him objectionable movies, as per the grievance.
This occurred from 2019 until December 2022 after which the boy’s mom learnt about it and approached the police, the official stated.
Based on the grievance, a case was registered in opposition to the lady underneath related provisions of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, he stated.
No arrest has been made up to now, he added.
