Additional Superintendent of Police, Rishab Garg mentioned a spiritual programme was organised in village Khamdih, and the scholars couldn’t attend lessons on Monday as they took half in it

Around 50 college students of a non-public college in Bhogu village had been allegedly overwhelmed up with a stick by the principal for lacking lessons on Monday, a senior police officer mentioned.

Based on complaints registered by the guardians on Tuesday night, the accused was interrogated, mentioned Additional Superintendent of Police, Rishab Garg.

Garg mentioned a spiritual programme was organised in village Khamdih, and the scholars couldn’t attend lessons on Monday as they took half in it.

Further investigation is underway, police mentioned.
