The two have been recognized as Rajan Bhatti, a resident of Gurdapur in Punjab, and Kanwaljeet Singh alias Chinna, a resident of Firozepur in Punjab, they stated. He is one of Punjab’s wished gangsters and shut affiliate of one other fugitive Landa Harike, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Special Cell) Manishi Chandra stated.
