The eating room flooring of a sixth-floor condominium of Chintels Paradiso in Gurugram’s sector 109 had collapsed on February 10 final yr, triggering the collapse of roofs and flooring immediately below it, until the primary flooring

The CBI on Tuesday filed an FIR towards Ashok Saloman of the Chintels Group and took over investigation into the partial collapse of Chintels Paradiso condominium complicated in Gurugram final yr through which two girls have been killed, officers stated.

The Haryana authorities had transferred the case to the CBI on July 18, 2022 which was forwarded to the CBI by the Centre on December 29 final yr, they stated.

According to the process, the CBI took over the investigation within the FIR registered by the Haryana Police.
